(TSX VENTURE:CFI) today announced the appointment of Mr. John A. Higginbotham as its Chief Financial Officer effective December 15, 2010.Mr. Higginbotham has had an extensive career in finance, accounting and the capital markets. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for RBC Dominion Securities, Inc., and held a number of other senior executive positions during his tenure with RBC which began in 1983. Mr. Higginbotham holds an Honors B.A. degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant.
