Constellation Software Reaches Agreement to Acquire Selected Assets of John Deere Agri Services, Inc.13:10 EST Wednesday, December 15, 2010TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 15, 2010) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) today announced that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement for the purchase of selected assets of John Deere Agri Services, Inc., ("JDAS"), a division of Deere & Company. The transaction is expected to close in January 2011 subject to satisfaction of certain conditions typical in a transaction of this nature.JDAS is a provider of software solutions and services to the agri-business industry.
