WHISTLER BLACKCOMB HOLDINGS INC. BOARD DECLARES FIRST PAYMENT OF REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND17:53 EST Wednesday, January 12, 2011WHISTLER, BC, Jan. 12 /CNW/ - Whistler Blackcomb Holdings Inc. (TSX: WB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared its first quarterly pro-rata dividend of $0.14 per share payable on January 28, 2011 to holders of common shares of record on January 24, 2011. This pro-rata dividend covers the period from the date of acquisition of Whistler Blackcomb on November 9, 2010 through December 31, 2010 and is equivalent to $0.24 per share for the full quarter.ABOUT WHISTLER BLACKCOMBWhistler Blackcomb, the official alpine skiing venue for the Olympic Winter Games, is situated in the Resort Municipality of Whistler located in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia 125 kilometres (78 miles) from Vancouver, British Columbia.
