Dundee Corporation Acquires CMP Gold Trust Warrants18:17 EST Friday, January 14, 2011TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 14, 2011) - In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A)(TSX:DC.PR.A)(TSX:DC.PR.B) ("Dundee" or the "Company"), announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 150,000 series A trust unit purchase warrants ("Series A Warrants") of CMP Gold Trust ("CMP Gold") at a price of $1.51 per Series A Warrant pursuant to a private transaction. Each Series A Warrant entitles the holder, upon exercise at the price of $12.00, to acquire a trust unit ("Trust Unit") and one-half of one Series B trust unit purchase warrant (each a "Series B Warrant"). Each Series B Warrant entitles the holder, upon exercise at the price of $15.00, to acquire a Trust Unit.In addition, Dundee Resources Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dundee Corporation owns 353,419 Trust Units and an equal number of Series A Warrants.
