H&R REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST Announces Increase to Senior Unsecured Debenture Financing17:54 EST Friday, January 21, 2011/NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES. ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS RESTRICTION MAY CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF U.S. SECURITIES LAW./TORONTO, Jan. 21 /CNW/ - H&R Real Estate Investment Trust ("H&R") (TSX: HR.UN; HR.DB; HR.DB.B; HR.DB.C; HR.DB.D) is pleased to announce that as a result of strong investor demand for its public offering of Series D senior unsecured debentures which was announced on January 20, 2011, the size of the offering has been increased by C$30 million, to C$180 million. These debentures will bear interest at the rate of 4.778% and will mature on July 27, 2016.
