AEP Subsidiary Public Service Company of Oklahoma to Redeem Senior Notes11:16 EST Friday, January 28, 2011COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Public Service Company of Oklahoma, a public utility subsidiary of American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP), today announced that on Feb. 28, 2011, it will redeem the entire outstanding $200 million principal amount of unsecured 6.0 percent Senior Notes, Series B, due 2032, at a redemption price equal to 100 percent of the principal amount, plus accrued interest thereon to the date of redemption.Notice of the redemption is expected to be mailed Jan. 28, 2011.
