Birrer joined Charter in January as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience. He brings more than 20 years of experience in senior-level leadership and operations, customer service and loyalty positions, where he has worked to transform businesses into customer-centric organizations.Mr. Birrer comes to Charter from T-Mobile USA, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Customer Loyalty. At T-Mobile, he also held positions as Senior Vice President of Customer Service during a time that saw T-Mobile recognized with the J.D. Power and Associates award as "Highest Ranked Wireless Customer Service Provider" for six consecutive years.
