International Rectifier to Present Latest Power Management Solutions at APEC 201109:00 EST Tuesday, February 22, 2011 EL SEGUNDO, Calif. (Business Wire) -- International Rectifier, IR® (NYSE: IRF), a world leader in power management technology, today announced it will showcase the company's latest power management solutions at the Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition (APEC) which is being held at the Fort Worth Convention Center, Texas, March 6-10, 2011. IR booth 409 will feature demonstrations of IR's GaN-based power device platform including the company's 600 V GaN-based power devices. In addition, IR's new PowIRstage™ solution, the latest DirectFET®plus MOSFET chipsets, SupIRBuck™ and iPowIR® integrated voltage regulators, and µPFC™ and SmartRectifier™ ICs for AC-DC power supplies will be demonstrated. IR's DC-DC converters and modules for high reliability applications, and benchmark MOSFETs, IGBTs and high-voltage ICs for a diverse range of applications including automotive, lighting and Class D audio will also be on display.
