(TSX:GXI) ("GuestLogix" or the "Company"), the leading transaction processor of ancillary revenues and the provider of onboard store technology to airlines and the passenger travel industry, today announced record results for the three- and 12-month periods ended November 30, 2010. All amounts are reported in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. F2010 Financial Highlights Revenue of $25.7 million, up 38% from $18.6 million in F2009 Revenue in constant currency(1) was $26.7 million for F2010 EBITDA(2) of $6.8 million, up 42% from $4.8 million in F2009 Excluding OnTouch® Merchandising, EBITDA was $8.2 million, up 71% from F2009 Net income of $0.6 million, up 200% from $0.2 million in F2009 Excluding OnTouch® Merchandising expenses, net income was $2.0 million, up 900% from F2009 Cash and cash equivalents including restricted cash of $11.5 million compared to $12.1 million as at F2009 year end F2010 Operational Highlights Signed new customer agreements with airlines in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific representing a total of 149 million passenger trips annually Completed onboard deployments representing 161 million passenger trips annually, including two European rail customers Entered into channel partnerships with three major catering and duty free service providers to the Asia Pacific airline industry Signed agreements for OnTouch® Merchandising program trial commitments with 11 customer airlines globally, spanning all six merchandising categories Named 9th fastest growing technology company in Canada and the 40th fastest growing technology company in North America according to Deloitte's 2010 Technology Fast 50 and Fast 500 rankings, respectively "Driven by new customer wins and deployments, we delivered excellent top and bottom line growth in fiscal 2010, with fourth quarter EBITDA margins returning to historical levels of 28%," said Mr. Tom Douramakos, President and CEO, GuestLogix.
