Fortress Paper Ltd. ("Fortress Paper" or the "Company") (TSX:FTP) announces that Company has retired all of its debt owed to Solidarity Fund QFL (Fonds de solidarité FTQ) ("FTQ"). FTQ has converted the remaining $7,000,000 principal amount of its $15,000,000 unsecured convertible debenture that was issued on April 30, 2010.
