Canadian Oil Sands Files Certain Annual Disclosure Documents15:07 EST Thursday, March 10, 2011CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - March 10, 2011) - Canadian Oil Sands Limited (the "Corporation") (TSX:COS) today filed with Canadian securities regulatory authorities the Corporation's audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010 and related management's discussion and analysis. The Corporation also filed its Annual Information Form dated March 10, 2011, which includes disclosure and reports relating to reserves data and other oil and gas information pursuant to National Instrument 51-101.
