Macquarie Power and Infrastructure Corporation Declares March 2011 Dividend17:17 EDT Monday, March 21, 2011TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 21, 2011) - Macquarie Power and Infrastructure Corporation (TSX:MPT)(TSX:MPT.DB.A) - ("MPIC" or the "Corporation") today declared a dividend for the month of March 2011 of $0.055 per common share. The dividend will be paid on April 15, 2011 to common shareholders of record at the close of trading on March 31, 2011. The ex-dividend date is March 29, 2011.A distribution of $0.055 per unit will also be paid on April 15, 2011 to holders of record on March 31, 2011 of Class B Exchangeable Units of MPT LTC Holding LP, a subsidiary entity of the Corporation.The Corporation's dividends are designated "eligible" dividends for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
