Storm Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SRX) announces that, effective April 12, 2011 it has changed auditor from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PWC") to Ernst & Young LLP ("E&Y").

At the request of the Company PWC has resigned as auditor of the Company and E&Y has been appointed as successor. There were no reservations in PWC's audit reports for the two most recently completed fiscal periods or for any period subsequent to the most recently completed period for which an audit report was issued preceding the date of PWC's resignation. There were no reportable events between the Company and PWC or between the Company and E&Y.

The audit committee and the board of directors of the Company have approved the appointment of E&Y as successor auditor. In accordance with NI 51-102 a notice of change of auditor together with required letters from the former auditor and the successor auditor have been filed on SEDAR.
