ANNOUNCES CANCELLATION OF ROYAL ALBERTA MUSEUM CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT17:02 EDT Friday, April 15, 2011LISTING: TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGESYMBOL: BDTTORONTO, April 15 /CNW/ - Bird Construction Inc. announced today that Alberta Infrastructure and Transportation has verbally notified Bird of its decision to terminate the earlier awarded contract to construct the Royal Alberta Museum in Edmonton. Construction activity had not commenced on the facility as a result of delays imposed by the Government.
