Douville as a Director and member of the Audit Committee.Mr. Douville is a Professional Engineer and consultant with over forty-five years' experience in a variety of space, aerospace, information technology and geomatics activities in both government and industry, both in Canada and in the U.S.A.Jordan B. Grant, the Chairman and CEO of Seprotech stated, "We welcome Denis to the Board. He brings a wealth of experience to the table. With his extensive background both within and dealing with government, he will ably represent the perspective of one of our important customer segments. Furthermore, Denis' knowledge of industrial development programs will provide crucial guidance in tapping into government funding agencies and partnerships."
