BB&T Advises Dr. Comfort on Its Sale to DJO Global in Transaction Valued at $254.6 Million08:48 EDT Monday, April 18, 2011RICHMOND, Va., April 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- BB&T Capital Markets served as the exclusive financial advisor to Rikco International LLC, d/b/a Dr. Comfort, the leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of therapeutic footwear and related medical and comfort products, in its sale to DJO Global, an international provider of medical device solutions for musculoskeletal health, vascular health and pain management based in Vista, Calif.
