CVR Energy Amends Offer to Purchase Up to $100 Million Principal Amount of First Lien Senior Secured Notes and Second Lien Senior Secured Notes17:55 EDT Tuesday, April 19, 2011SUGAR LAND, Texas, April 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CVR Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CVI) has announced today that in connection with its previously announced offer to purchase up to $100 million aggregate principal amount of the 9% First Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2015 (the "First Lien Notes") and the 10 7/8% Second Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2017 (the "Second Lien Notes" and, together with the First Lien Notes, the "Notes") issued by its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Coffeyville Resources, LLC and Coffeyville Finance Inc.
