He will continue to be based in Detroit. Book is known as one of the most adept and creative tenant representatives in the industry. During his career, he has completed a host of complex tenant representation assignments ranging from building sales and leasing evaluations to advising clients on 500,000 square-foot build-to-suit projects. He previously served as the national head of Grubb & Ellis' tenant representation practice, where he ranked among the firm's top ten producers every year for the past five years. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Book spent sixteen years working for Cushman & Wakefield in its corporate services department. A 2001 winner of the firm's Deal of the Year Award, he was promoted to senior vice president only three years into his tenure with Cushman & Wakefield.
