(NASDAQ: SKYW) declared a quarterly dividend of $.04 per share to Shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2011 on all shares then issued and outstanding.  The 64th consecutive dividend will be paid on July 7, 2011.  The Board of Director's regular quarterly dividend policy is based upon the Company's strong financial condition and confidence in the Company's ability to pay a regular quarterly dividend.SkyWest Airlines, based in St. George, Utah, and Atlantic Southeast Airlines, based in Atlanta, Georgia, are wholly owned subsidiaries of SkyWest, Inc. ExpressJet Airlines is a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantic Southeast Airlines.
