Eaton Acquires Electrical Business in Colombia17:01 EDT Thursday, June 02, 2011 CLEVELAND (Business Wire) -- Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN) today announced it has acquired the assets of C.I. ESI de Colombia S.A. (ESI). Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Based in Bogota, Colombia, ESI is a value added reseller of industrial electrical equipment and engineering services in the Colombian market focused on oil and gas, mining and industrial and commercial construction.
