Iron Mountain Incorporated Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Stockholders12:14 EDT Friday, June 10, 2011 BOSTON (Business Wire) -- Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the information management company, announced today that stockholders elected all eleven board-recommended nominees for director including first-time nominee, Allan Z. Loren. Long-time director Constantin R. Boden did not stand for re-election and retired from the board after 20 years of service. In addition to electing the directors, Iron Mountain's stockholders, in line with the board's unanimous recommendations, ratified the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's independent public accounting firm and voted for the approval of a non-binding, advisory resolution approving the compensation of the Company's named executive officers and to hold a non-binding, advisory vote on the compensation of named executive officers every year. "Allan is an accomplished executive who has extensive strategic, technology and operational experience with a deep knowledge of information management," said Richard Reese, chairman and chief executive officer of Iron Mountain.
