Superior Plus Announces July 2011 Cash Dividend and Upcoming Events13:16 EDT Thursday, July 07, 2011CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 7, 2011) - July 2011 Cash Dividend - $0.10 per share Superior Plus Corp. (TSX:SPB) ("Superior") today announced its cash dividend for the month of July 2011 of $0.10 per share payable on August 15, 2011. The record date is July 31, 2011 and the ex-dividend date will be July 27, 2011. Superior's annualized cash dividend rate is currently $1.20 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes. 2011 Second Quarter Results and Conference Call Superior expects to release its 2011 second quarter results on Thursday, August 4, 2011.
