Capital Power declares quarterly dividend09:00 EDT Thursday, July 28, 2011EDMONTON, July 28, 2011 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors for Capital Power Corporation (TSX: CPX) (Capital Power) declared a dividend of $0.315 per share on the outstanding common shares for the quarter ending September 30, 2011.The dividend is payable on October 31, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2011.The dividends are 100 per cent eligible dividends as defined by the Income Tax Act.
