Transat A.T. Inc. renews its credit facilities08:00 EDT Monday, August 01, 2011MONTREAL, Aug. 1, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - Transat A.T. Inc. has entered into an agreement with a bank syndicate led by National Bank of Canada and composed of NBC, the Caisse centrale Desjardins and Scotia Bank to renew its unsecured revolving credit facility in an amount of $100 million. This facility matures in July 2015 and may be extended. A $60 million secured revolving letter of credit facility has also been made available to Transat by National Bank of Canada. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes of Transat.About TransatTransat A.T.
