The facilities provide accommodation for 550 persons and include an operations centre, two warehouses, a fire hall with fire equipment storage area, dining room and kitchen, office complexes, washrooms and shower facilities, and all utilities."The construction of this temporary camp in Resolute Bay is a very key component to the Canadian Forces conducting sovereignty operations during Operation Nanook 2011," said Major David Burbridge, Camp Project Manager, Canadian Operational Support Command (CANOSCOM).
