Minneapolis, Los Angeles and San Francisco are represented on the list by three restaurants each, followed by two winners in Chicago, Nashville and St. Louis. Other honorees are located in Boston, Cleveland, Las Vegas, Oakland, Philadelphia and Raleigh, among others.
