Quicksilver will join the company on September 6, 2011 as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. During a career that spans three decades, Mr. Quicksilver has also held leadership positions at several media companies, having served as President of Network Distribution of FOX Broadcasting Company, Vice President and General Counsel of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Vice President and General Counsel of River City Broadcasting and Chief Content Officer of TidalTV. In addition, he served as a consultant to Yahoo! Media Group.
