Mr. Norton, a co-founder of BIOX, has held the position of Chief Operating Officer since the Company's inception. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Norton will have overall accountability for the Company as well as responsibility for the operations, engineering, human resources, research and development and technology optimization activities of BIOX. Mr. Clinning retains accountability for finance, accounting and capital markets, and will assume responsibility for the sales and marketing and business development activities of the Company."These appointments demonstrate the Board's confidence in the experience and expertise of our senior management team.
