Universal Truckload Services, Inc. Announces Special Dividend16:35 EDT Tuesday, September 06, 2011WARREN, Mich., Sept. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Truckload Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: UACL) today announced its Board of Directors has approved a special one-time cash dividend of $1.00 per share.
