Progressive to Hire 150 People in Colorado Springs by End of Year09:00 EDT Tuesday, September 20, 2011 COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. New hires will sell policies and answer customer questions. Jobs require a minimum of two years' post-secondary education or two years' work experience in a customer-service environment. All positions offer paid training, which can be particularly appealing to candidates looking to begin new careers as licensed insurance representatives. Flexible scheduling options are available for some of the positions, such as the ability to work four 10-hour days with three days off instead of the typical five-day work week.
