Focused Global Trends Fund Announces Unitholder Approval of Merger Proposal10:14 EDT Tuesday, September 20, 2011TORONTO, Sept. 20, 2011 /CNW/ - Focused Global Trends Fund ("FTF") announced today that the special meeting of unitholders of FTF have approved a proposal that would result in the merger of FTF with Connor, Clark & Lunn Global Financials Fund II ("GFT").  The completion of the merger is subject to the approval of the merger by unitholders of GFT.  The special meeting of GFT unitholders was adjourned due to lack of quorum and the adjourned meeting will take place on September 30, 2011.
