SunTrust Banks, Inc. Announces Results of its Consent Solicitation and Termination of Replacement Capital Covenants18:07 EDT Friday, September 23, 2011ATLANTA, Sept. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- SunTrust Banks, Inc.
