CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Oct. 11, 2011) - Crocotta Energy Inc. ("Crocotta") (TSX:CTA) is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement to increase its current bank credit facility by over 45% to $80 million from the previous $55 million. The increase in facility was as a result of the scheduled interim review process and will be in place until such time as year-end data is provided on or before May 31, 2012.

The increase provides Crocotta further financial flexibility to maintain or increase capital programs in carrying out its business plan.
