OfficeMax Announces $650 Million Credit Facility08:00 EDT Friday, October 14, 2011Agreement Consolidates and Extends Existing U.S. and Canadian Credit AgreementsNAPERVILLE, Ill., Oct. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- OfficeMax® Incorporated (NYSE: OMX), a leader in office supplies, technology and services, today announced it has entered into a $650 million secured revolving credit facility with a term expiring in October 2016.  This credit facility amends the existing $700 million U.S. and C$60 million Canadian credit facilities, which were scheduled to expire in July 2012, and consolidates them into a single North American credit facility.  Seven financial institutions participated in the credit facility with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC (an affiliate of Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC)), Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner & Smith Incorporated, and J.P.
