Newport News-Williamsburg Takes Off to Family Fun in the Florida Sun09:01 EST Wednesday, November 16, 2011NEWPORT NEWS, Va., Nov. 16, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Allegiant (Nasdaq:ALGT) today inaugurates low-cost, nonstop flights between Newport News, Va., and Orlando, Fla., via Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). The company, known for its exceptional travel deals, is offering fares as low as $51.99* one way between the cities. The new flights will operate four times weekly between Newport News/Williamsburg International Airport (PHF) and Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) with service Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Flights will depart Newport News at 3:40 p.m. arriving in Orlando-Sanford at 5:30 p.m. Flights leaving Orlando-Sanford will depart at 1:10 p.m. arriving in Newport News at 3:00 p.m. (all flight times are local).
