Egencia Announces New Europe and Asia-Pacific Leader03:00 EST Tuesday, November 22, 2011LONDON, PARIS, MUNICH and BRUSSELS, November 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ --Christophe Peymirat, Vice President Global Marketing, is appointed to Senior Vice President Egencia EMEA & APACEgencia?, an Expedia, Inc. company, today announced the appointment of Christophe Peymirat to Senior Vice President Egencia EMEA & APAC, following the departure of Christophe Pingard.Christophe Peymirat will now lead both EMEA and APAC operations of the business travel affiliate of the American group, Expedia Inc. He will continue to report directly to Rob Greyber, President of Egencia.Peymirat joined Egencia at the start of the organisation in 2000. As part of the original team, Christophe Peymirat has held several positions in sales and marketing. He launched and led the Egencia UK business operations, based in London from 2005 to 2010, before returning to Paris to serve as the Vice President of Global Marketing."Christophe has a deep understanding of all aspects of our business - both on the revenue and the service side," explains Rob Greyber. "He has demonstrated his leadership in designing and implementing a large number of key strategic initiatives, and has been a key member of the leadership team for years."  Peymirat's career began at L'Oreal as a Sales and Marketing Executive, from which point he went on to work for Bain & Company as a Business Consultant.
