Before joining ITG, he was the CEO of Soleil Securities Group.  Prior to Soleil, Mr. Gardner founded and operated a proprietary research boutique and also worked at Deutsche Bank Securities, where he served as Global Chief Operating Officer in Deutsche Bank's equity research division and as Associate Director of North American Equity Research.
