Aircastle Announces Pricing of Private Placement of $150 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Notes due 201817:57 EST Friday, December 09, 2011STAMFORD, Conn., Dec. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) ("Aircastle") announced today the pricing of an additional $150 million aggregate principal amount of 9.75% senior notes due 2018 (the "notes").  The notes will be treated as a single series of debt securities with the $300 million in aggregate principal amount of 9.75% senior notes due 2018 issued on July 30, 2010 (the "existing notes"), and will have the same terms as the existing notes except that they (1) will have a different issue date and issue price, (2) will be subject to a separate registration rights agreement and (3) until registered, will have different CUSIP numbers.  The notes will be issued at 102.769% of par, for a yield to worst of 9.00%.  The notes will be offered only to qualified institutional buyers and outside the United States in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S, respectively, under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act").  Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the private placement for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of aviation assets.
