TORONTO, Dec. 12, 2011 /CNW/ - CI Investments Inc. ("CI") today announced the launch of CI Mobile, an iPad app that offers convenient on-the-go access to key facts about the company's products.

Through CI Mobile, investors and advisors can quickly find:

• daily fund prices, fund codes and performance
• the latest commentary from CI's portfolio management teams
• profiles of CI funds
• profiles of CI portfolio management teams
• information on CI products, such as corporate class, managed solutions and SunWise Essential Series
• illustration tools and financial calculators.

The app also allows investors to view their CI account information through secure access to CI's InvestorOnline. Advisors have access to their CI accounts through AdvisorOnline.

The new app combines a strong design that takes full advantage of the tablet's user-friendly interface with a rich selection of content. Certain features, such as a fund code finder, were developed specifically for CI Mobile. The app is one of the first developed within the Canadian investment fund industry.

The CI Mobile app for the iPad is now available free at the Apple App Store. It is in English only, with a French version being developed for release in the coming months.
