("Willis Group" or the "Company") supported the Company's acquisition of Segula Technologies, Inc. ("Segula") and funded additional working capital needs of the Company. Segula provides information technology recruitment and personnel services to the healthcare, financial services, software and hardware development industries and to state governments.
