Baker Hughes Announces December 2011 Rig Counts06:00 EST Monday, January 09, 2012  HOUSTON, Jan. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Baker Hughes Incorporated (NYSE:BHI) announced today that the international rig count for December  2011 was 1,180, down 5 from the 1,185 counted in November 2011, and up 62 from the 1,118 counted in December  2010. North American rig count data is scheduled to be released at noon central time on the last working day of each week.  The international rig count is scheduled to be released on the 5th working day of the month.  Additional detailed information on the Baker Hughes rig counts is available from our website.
