Loyalist Group Limited Appoints New Director12:21 EST Monday, January 09, 2012(via Thenewswire.ca) Toronto, Ontario - January 9th 2012 - Loyalist Group Limited ("Loyalist" or the "Corporation") (TSX Venture Exchange: LOY), is pleased to announce that Mr. Martin Bernholtz has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Corporation upon the resignation of Mr. Michael Newman. Mr. Bernholtz, BBA, CA, became a chartered accountant in 1983 and has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Kerbel Group Inc., an integrated real estate developer and property owner since 1988. He has served as a director and officer of public, private, not for profit and condominium corporations over the last 25 years. Currently Mr. Bernholtz is a Director and Chairman of Selectore Limited and Covalon Technologies Limited and is a Director of Titan Medical Devices Inc., both companies are listed for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Bernholtz previously spent six years with Laventhol & Horwath in the Litigation support and Business Valuation areas. Mr. Bernholtz graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University in 1981. Mr. Newman resigned from the Board of Directors to pursue other opportunities.
