Senk was named Executive Vice President of URBN in May 2002, elected to the company's board of directors in June 2004 and named Chief Executive Officer in May 2007.  Prior to joining URBN, Senk served as Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer for the London-based Habitat International Merchandise and Marketing Group.
