The partners have created a new company, Sakku ATCO Buildings & Services, to pursue resource development activities and infrastructure construction in the Kivalliq Region of Nunavut. The agreement was signed in Vancouver during a ceremony at the Mineral Exploration Roundup, the world's premier technical mineral exploration conference.
