(Business Wire) -- The Western Union Company (NYSE: WU) announced today that its board of directors has declared a 25% increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to $0.10 per common share. The company's previous quarterly dividend was $0.08 per common share. The board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per common share, payable March 30, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 16, 2010.
