International Game Technology Hires John Vandemore as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer16:30 EST Thursday, February 09, 2012LAS VEGAS, Feb. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT) CEO Patti S.
