The New York Times Company Announces Nomination for Board of Directors17:00 EST Thursday, February 16, 2012 NEW YORK (Business Wire) -- The New York Times Company announced today that its Board of Directors nominated Steven B. Green to stand for election as a director at its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 25. Lynn Dolnick, a director since 2005, is retiring and will not be standing for re-election.
