(TSX:CLC) (the "Company" or "CML") today announced the Board of Directors of the Company has declared February, 2012 cash dividend of $0.0629 per common share to shareholders of record as at the close of business on February 29, 2012, payable on March 20, 2012.CML designates this dividend to be an "eligible dividend" pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and similar provincial and territorial legislation.About CML HealthCare Inc.
