("Cash Store Australia" or the "Company") (TSXV:AUC) is pleased to announce the appointment of William (Bill) Johnson to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective February 16, 2012. Mr. Johnson is Senior Executive Vice President of Cash Store Financial Services Inc. Mr. Johnson replaces Nancy Bland who recently resigned her CFO position of Cash Store Australia. Ms. Bland has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2009 and will continue as Chief Financial Officer of The Cash Store Financial Services Inc., a position she has held since October 2007.Chairman of the Board Gordon Reykdal, said: "I am delighted that Mr. Johnson has accepted this appointment.
