(NASDAQ: KERX), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the acquisition, development and commercialization of medically important pharmaceutical products for the treatment of cancer and renal disease, today announced that a conference call will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. EST to discuss the Company's fourth quarter and year-end 2011 financial results and business outlook for 2012.  Ron Bentsur, Chief Executive Officer of Keryx, will host the call. Keryx is also developing Zerenex (ferric citrate), an oral, ferric iron-based compound that has the capacity to bind to phosphate and form non-absorbable complexes.
